Order, Pick-up, and Delivery Policy

Retail orders can be placed on site by appointment only. Please contact me to set something up.

To place a wholesale order, you must first apply for an account on the Nursery page and have your business EIN ready. Once approved, you'll have access to see wholesale pricing and the order form.

All orders placed need to be picked up within two weeks or an additional hold fee may apply.

Payments can be made with cash or check upon pick-up / delivery or a credit card (3% fee added to invoice)

Orders can be picked up at the nursery location: 400 Hickory Drive, Mars Hill, NC 28754

Orders can be delivered with a $600 minimum wholesale order to addresses within 30 miles of Mars Hill for $150. Addresses further than 30 miles will incur an additional $0.50/mile beyond the 30 mile radius.
Our Plant Guarantee
We take great care in growing strong, healthy native plants—each one is fully rooted in and ready to thrive in the ground when it leaves our nursery. Once your plants are picked up or delivered, they become your responsibility to plant, water, and care for according to their needs. Because we can’t control conditions after they leave our hands, we’re not able to offer replacements or refunds. That said, we’re always happy to answer questions and help troubleshoot if something’s not going as expected—just reach out!
